"Are you really on it?" - KCF Youth Day

October 9th saw the number of overall attendees at Kennington Community Fellowship swell to around 400 people. The Youth Day brought visitors from far and wide, and of all ages. It was a whole day affair, and fun and fellowship was felt by all.

 

From the vibrant bible study to the informative and moving mission spot and the hearty praise and worship, the leadership team planned an executed a fantastic event. There was something in the air that allowed the passion of the whole day to be felt by all.

 

The messenger for the day was an emotive and passionate Anthony Fuller, who preached a vibrant and truly fulfilling sermon asking the question "Are you really on it?!". After the hearty lunch, the masses came back to fill the hall to capacity once again for the next service, which was a question and answer session entitled "Let's Talk". This featured a panel of young Kennington adults such as Enoch Adu and Jadanna Huie, as well as the speaker for the day Anthony Fuller. A collection of interesting questions were asked to the panel, who answered to the best of their knowledge and experience, as the audience both listened, but couldn't help themselves from asking further questions, continuing to stoke intrigue amongst the congregation.

 

The day closed on a high with fun, games and musical performances, once again, led by the vibrant and animated youth team. Congratulations go out to the team that organized the day, and if you weren't there, make sure you don't miss the next one.
