Going Places is a social network that allows you, church members, family and friends to enjoy fun and entertaining social outings.
In recent years, Going Places has been to several West End theatre shows and also a museum affectionately entitled ‘the West Indian Front Room’.
Going Places came into being in 2007 and was conceived as a way of building upon relationships between Kennington Community Fellowship attendees and friends through socialising. The pursuit of shared interests in a Christian-based context is what Going Places is all about! Visits to the theatre, museums, galleries, restaurants and theme parks are just a few of the kinds of places we go… and the best bit is that members benefit from great discounts! Going Places cultivates a thriving social life, whilst taking care of the pennies and the pounds - keeping GP members and their purses happy!
Some of the places we've been to:
- Sister Act Musical
- The Globe Theatre
- Shrek the Musical
- Pizza Express
- Spanish Tapas
- The Lion King
